Goldleaf is committed to your satisfaction and wants you to feel good about your orders and where your hard earned money is spent. If you change your mind about a product for any reason, we will gladly accept returns made within 30 days of receipt for new-in-box items. Any damage incurred during shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Goldleaf will pay the return shipping costs for returns of damaged items and replace them at our cost. For returns made at the customer’s discretion, initial shipping costs incurred by sending the items to you are non-refundable, and we kindly ask the customer to pay return shipping. Goldleaf cannot accept or refund items damaged or lost in return shipment and recommends obtaining a tracking number for all items returned. All returns must be repackaged in a box; returns made in retail packaging will not be accepted. Most refunds are credited within 7 days of issue. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before they officially post your refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to resolve the situation. We treat our returns with as much importance as our sales!
