Goldleaf is proud to offer online and phone ordering for in-store pick-up, domestic and international shipping. Our catalog currently includes inventory physically stocked in our retail store as well as items which may drop ship from our distributors. If there’s something you’d like to order but don’t see it listed, reach out and we can quickly help source it. We give all online customers the same personal attention that our retail customers receive. Additionally, we are standing by to answer every garden and product related question you may have. We want to be a lifelong resource for you wherever your garden may grow.


Goldleaf ships all orders discretely in plain packages. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. We assess a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on orders below $99. Orders over $99 within the contiguous 48 states receive free shipping (excluding soil, growing media and items requiring freight truck shipment) . Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all other locations may require additional shipping. All truck orders must be physically inspected with any damages or shortages reported on the Bill of Lading. This is for your protection so we can send replacement product at no additional cost to you. Freight shipment incurs a $75 flat rate charge per pallet; however, in rare circumstances, we may reserve the right to charge you actual freight cost if additional charges are incurred due to logistics or special circumstance.


Goldleaf reserves the right to choose the carrier that offers the best combination of rates, transit times, and handling security. If you wish to choose a certain carrier to meet your needs, additional costs may apply. Your order may ship in multiple parcels or be drop shipped in certain logistical situations to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please let us know if you’d like us to require signature for delivery. Goldleaf does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, but we will go through the claims process on your behalf with the carrier to put a trace on lost packages and work with you to ensure your satisfaction if the package is not found.

Goldleaf offers international shipping on most items. Additional fees (customs, duties and brokerage fees) may be due per your country’s policies. This is common for carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and their competitors. Goldleaf is not responsible for any customs, duties, brokerage fees, etc., imposed by the country in which the order is received. Goldleaf is not responsible for delays or seizures by customs. All warranty and return shipments shall be paid by the user. Contact to obtain an international shipping quote, or place your order online and we will contact you with a PayPal invoice to pay the additional international shipping if you wish to proceed.

Goldleaf is committed to your satisfaction and wants you to feel good about your orders and where your hard earned money is spent. If you change your mind about a product for any reason, we will gladly accept returns made within 30 days of receipt for new-in-box items. Any damage incurred during shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Goldleaf will pay the return shipping costs for returns of damaged items and replace them at our cost. For returns made at the customer’s discretion, initial shipping costs incurred by sending the items to you are non-refundable, and we kindly ask the customer to pay return shipping. All returns must be repackaged in a box; returns made in retail packaging will not be accepted.

Goldleaf is able to facilitate most warranties directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. Repairs and replacements may vary from vendor to vendor. For the warranty service that we offer, we kindly ask the customer to pay return shipping, and we will send the item back at our cost. We are frequently able to schedule a pick-up so you aren’t inconvenienced by shipping. For products out of warranty, please inquire for repair rates.
